Littleaf Linden Tilia cordata 50'-60’ tall with a 35’-45’ spread. Oval pyramidal form. Partial shade to full sun exposure. Grows in moist well—drained soil. Yellow flowers in Summer followed by tan fruit. Green leaves turning yellow in the Fall. Average growth rate. Excellent shade tree for the lawn.
